 Noel Inez is a dedicated , respectful and very loving child to his parents.

When he was young he really had a passion in designing clothes and 

dream that someday he will be known for his craft. Growing up , his 

mother really wish that he will become a successful nurse , which Noel 

also dreamed to become one . With persevere and hard work he earned 

his Bachelor’s degree in Nursing which made her mother overjoyed with 

happiness . As the years past of being a nurse , he still felt some 

emptiness inside him , the desire to design clothes. So he started to 

continue this other dream and now finally he become one of the known

 designers of the beauty pageants including the Sinulog costumes and 

much more. Congratulations Noel Inez in your success and fulfilling your
